Semi-racism doesn't sound so bad especially since most Americans are semi-racist.
No doubt the semi concept can be extended. Consider semi-adultery for example. Perhaps the term can be used to describe adulterers who fail to consummate the adultery.
It's kind of like semi-marriage , the state a couple experiences between the wedding vows and the consummation of the wedding vows.
But don't mind me. I'm just being semi-sarcastic.
