We talked about: Mark K. and Dan S. had a new revelation about what the 2nd Amendment means. Re: The State has a well regulated militia which it can use to enforce it's will on the citizens, so the citizen's right to defend themselves against State power by keeping and bearing arms shall not be infringed.
